By accessing or using Meta Image ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Meta Image is an independent software-as-a-service platform for AI image generation and editing. We provide access to third-party AI models through our own interface. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any underlying model provider.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use at support@metaimage.dev.

AI Generation and Content Rules

By using the Service, you agree that:

• All prompts are subject to automated content screening before generation.
• You will not submit prompts or uploads that violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
• You will not use the Service to create NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content.
• You will not use the Service for face-swap, deepfake, or non-consensual imagery.
• You are solely responsible for how you use generated output.

We may block prompts, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Circumvent moderation, rate limits, or billing controls.
• Misrepresent the Service as an official product of any AI model company.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for accurate billing information.

• Pricing and included credits are shown on our Pricing page.
• Subscriptions can be canceled from Settings → Billing.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain rights to your lawful inputs; you are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any reference images you upload.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
