Meta Image is an independent AI image generation platform. By using our service, you agree to follow this Acceptable Use Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

Permitted uses

You may use Meta Image to create and edit images for lawful personal and commercial purposes, including:

• Marketing visuals and social content
• Product mockups and design concepts
• Photo enhancements and creative edits
• Educational and editorial illustrations

Prohibited content

You must not use Meta Image to generate, request, upload, edit toward, store, or distribute:

1. Sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content of any kind
2. Sexually suggestive, borderline, or provocative content intended to arouse
3. Content involving minors in any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative context
4. Non-consensual intimate imagery or content that violates someone's privacy
5. Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation outputs that impersonate real people without consent
6. Hate, harassment, threats, or violence targeting individuals or groups
7. Illegal activity or instructions to commit unlawful acts
8. Malware, fraud, phishing, or spam content
9. Intellectual property violations, including unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, or copyrighted characters
10. Content that infringes third-party rights or platform policies

Prompt and upload rules

• All text prompts are screened before generation.
• Prompts that violate this policy are blocked automatically.
• Do not attempt to bypass moderation with obfuscation, code words, or split requests.
• Uploaded reference images must also comply with this policy.

Marketing and product claims

Do not represent Meta Image as:

• "Uncensored," "unfiltered," "no limits," "NSFW," or "18+" generation
• An official product of any underlying AI model provider
• A tool for creating prohibited content described above

Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion:

• Block prompts or generations
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Revoke credits without refund for policy violations
• Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities

Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account closure.

Third-party models

Meta Image provides access to third-party AI models through our own interface. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those model providers. You are responsible for how you use generated output.

Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
